If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your BackJoy, you can simply return your BackJoy within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund (less shipping and handling).
To return your BackJoy, you can call us at 1-800-220-6515 and we will issue you an RMA number. You can then ship the product back to us (please make sure to include your RMA number, your name, complete address, and phone number all clearly written on the package). Please mail your return item to:

Given the personal nature of the BackJoy Posture Sleep Pillow, we can only accept a return if the item is damaged at time of delivery or if there is a product defect.
If you purchased your BackJoy Posture Sleep Pillow at a retail store, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
The BackJoy Posture Sleep Pillow is covered by a 3 year limited warranty for workmanship and materials. The pillow case is covered by a 1 year limited warranty.

BackJoy Orthotics, LLC (“BackJoy”) warrants that this item will be free from defects in workmanship and materials so long as the item is used for the purpose intended. BackJoy will repair or replace this item at its own expense if BackJoy determines that the item is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers defects only. Normal wear and tear, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended periods of time and use are to be expected and are not covered under this warranty. Please return product in good condition (in original packaging if possible) with receipt of purchase. First call 1-800-220-6515 to get your Return Authorization # (RMA#). Then include your RMA#, name, complete address and phone number clearly written. Insure for the purchase price and mail to:
