Returning a BackJoy

Before returning your BackJoy, please make sure you have consulted our Frequently Asked Questions.
For instance, if you:

   •Don't feel anything
   •Think it's too small
   •Think it hurts your back

You will find answers or solutions to these concerns and questions there.

Most importantly, please make sure you review the sitting instructions to make sure you have been using your BackJoy properly!

WARNING! Before you consider returning your BackJoy, please make sure you give your BackJoy a good test. Many users don't realize how much their BackJoy is doing for them - until they lose it or return it.

Take this short test to determine what you should do:

Try sitting on your BackJoy for at least 7 minutes. Then take it away from under you as you sit and FEEL the difference. Feel how your spine kinks at the base of your back, and feel your body weight sinking down into the sitting surface and flattening your muscle and tissues against your seat.

Sit on BackJoy again, to see how those conditions improve (and your posture too!)

Even a slight change in comfort will mean A LOT over the long term, especially as far as preventing future back pain.

If you still feel the need to return your BackJoy you must first call 1-800-222-5569 to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Include your RMA#, name, and address, insure for the purchase price, and mail to:
