BackJoy Orthotics, LLC guarantees this item will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This applies when BackJoy is used for the purpose intended. Your BackJoy will be repaired or replaced at the expense of BackJoy Orthotics, LLC, free of charge, if found defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty will be void in cases of damage by accident, misuse, mishandling, attempted repair, normal wear and tear, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended periods of time and use. Please return product in good condition (in original packaging if possible) with receipt of purchase. First call 1-800-222-5569 to get your Return Authorization # (RMA#). Then include your RMA#, name, complete address and phone number clearly written. Insure for the purchase price and mail to:

This warranty is limited to its express terms:

(1) BACKJOY OTHOTICS, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO OR CAUSED BY FAILUER OF THE BACKJOY PRODUCT TO FUNCTION AS REPRESENTED, WHETHER THE CLAIM SI BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. However, some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

(2) THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE. NO PERSON HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO BIND BACKJOY ORTHOTICS, LLC TO ANY REPRESENTATION, CONDITION, OR WARRANTY EXCEPT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

(3) This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
