Seat and accessory Items purchased from BackJoy.com are eligible for a full refund minus the flat rate return shipping cost if returned unused or minimally used but unscratched and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.  If there are pet hairs or stains and/or markings on the returned items, you will likely be charged a nominal refurbishment fee as we wil be unable to sell your return as a new refurbished item. Instead it will be sold as a used product and a heavy discount. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. wWe ask that if you are testing out the BackJoy  for fit, and may return it, that you place it on a soft cloth when placing it on a hard surface or on the ground. This will  prevent surface scratches arising from wear and tear. Once there are such scratch defects, we are unable to recycle this and restock it under our used goods discounted sale inventory items, once returned.  

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date with the reason for the return: To request a return, please email us on customer@backjoycompany.com 

A Customer Care Team Member will contact you by email with instructions for customer paid returns at lowest rates offered for the day you schedule your return . This will either be by drop off at USPS , Fed Ex, USPS, as you prefer. You can then ship the product back to us.  It automatically includes tracking. Please make sure to include your return ID number, your name, email, complete address, and phone number all clearly written on the package so as not to delay processing time. 

In our effort to be equitable  to all customers in how we apply shipping fees, we deduct the cost of "free"  or "discounted" shipping from refunds if a returned item drops the total order value below the minimum threshold required for the offer initially received.
