Shipping within the U.S.
BackJoy offers free ground shipping for all orders over $90 within the continental United States only. Standard order processing and delivery time is 2 - 7 business days from the date of order. For purchases under $90 shipping, minimal flat rate of US$6.99 is charged to the customer except in the event of a campaign or special offer or discount voucher applied to the purchase. The BackJoy Company pays the remaining carriage and processing fees regardless of the US destination zone.
Shipping to Canada + Outside Continental U.S.
Orders shipping to Canada and non-Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) are subject to a minimum shipping and processing fee of $21.99 to Canada and 19.99 to the non-Continental US. Please note, shipments to Canada are sent via USPS and can take up to 30 days for delivery from the date of order. Please also note that items to Canada may be subject to taxes and duties at the cost to the customer, as mandate by their governing jurisdiction . Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite shipping to Canada. All shipping fees are non-refundable

Items purchased on BackJoy.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returns - Within the Continental U.S.
You can return any product purchased on BackJoy.com to receive a full refund. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. Returns are paid for by the customer. To request a return, please Email Customer Care. You will receive a return label via email within 48 hours. When you have received your label, please print and affix to your package, then drop at your nearest USPS location. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Once our warehouse has received your undamaged returned product, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 24 business hours.
If you purchased your BackJoy product at a retail store your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
Returns - Canada and non-continental US
We are happy to issue product refunds within 30 days of purchase to our customers in Canada. Returns on orders delivered to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are customer-pain and initiated as we are unable to provide shipping labels to customers outside the continental US. Reporting and Returning Items that you received Damaged
If there is a problem with the state of your product then please send a photo and describe the damage within 2 days of delivery according to the date on tracking records. We will either issue a free return label or ask you to discard this with clear instructions. You may request a full refund or have a replacement product sent out to you via Free shipping for US Continental Customers.
