Shipping Within the U.S.
BackJoy offers free ground shipping for all orders over $45 within the continental United States. Standard order processing and delivery time is 2 - 7 business days from the date of order.
Shipping to Canada + Outside Continental U.S.
Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are subject to a flat $19.99 shipping fee. Please note, shipments to Canada are sent via USPS and can take up to 30 days for delivery from the date of order. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite shipping to Canada at this time. Shipping fees to areas outside the continental U.S. are not refundable.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Items purchased on BackJoy.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Free Returns - Within the Continental U.S.
You can return any product purchased on BackJoy.com to receive a full refund. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. To request a return, please complete the Return Request form. Simply follow the step-by-step process to receive a complimentary return label via email. When you have received your label, please print and affix to your package, then drop at your nearest USPS location. Products must be returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase. Once our warehouse has received your return, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 48 business hours.
If you purchased your BackJoy product at a retail store your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
Free Returns - Canada
We are happy to issue product refunds within 30 days of purchase to our customers in Canada. Shipping fees for orders delivered to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not refundable. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: CANADA RETURN and a Customer Service representative will reach out to you with further instructions for processing your return.
