  • Items are  processed and shipped within 2 days of order from our warehouse.
  • Unforeseen delays and logistical delays will be communicated by email to our customers 
  • Items over US$90 are shipped free within the United States.
  • All items shipped to the non-Continental US including Canada are charged the minimum rate payable and based on the weight of the package shipped. International shipping rates start at: 
    • Canada: Shipping starts at US$21.99 depending on weight (Taxes and duties may also apply at destination)
    • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Rates start at US$19.99 depending on weight
  • Flat rate of $6.99  applied  for items under US$90  shipped within United states. BackJoy will pay the balance of shipping costs regardless of US destination Zone
