Returns
To request a return shipping label for products purchased on BackJoy.com, please email us.
Here you will find looking up your order and requesting a customer paid (fixed rate) return label. When you have received your label, please print and affix to your package, then drop at your nearest USPS location. Products must be returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase. Once our warehouse has received your return, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 48 business hours.
