SHIPPING UPDATE ALERT TO CANADA BASED CUSTOMERS 

  • SEAT  AND SLEEPWARE ORDERS INCL. SALES TAXED WHICH IN TOTAL FALL  BELOW CAD $150  ARE  ZERO DUTY.

  • OUR MASSAGE ACCESSORY ITEMS OF ANY PURCHASE VALUE,  ARE ZERO DUTY 

  • The customer is required to select their preferred shipping method and  pay their selected  courier shipping fee quoted at checkout 

  • IF THE DUTIES AND TAXES ARE PAID AT CHECKOUT THESE ARE PAID  DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMS AND THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE COURIER SERVICE ON DELIVERY.

  • KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: If asked to pay again then ensure to state that your delivery is DDP (Delivered duty paid) and be ready to show your payment confirmation that we send you.  We also mark our packages DDP to help avoid couriers double charging

    UPS, DHL  and Fed Ex: Taxes and  and any duties estimated are calculated and paid for at checkout. So  we tell UPS and Fed Ex  on the package that it is DDP - delivered duty paid (this means no additional fees are to be paid for by the customer on delivery).

  • CANADA POST : Shipments to Canada sent via USPS and Canada Post  and can take up to  7 to 21 days for delivery from the date of order and they will charge duty on delivery if this is not paid at checkout.  Please also note that they charge a flat rate processing fee of  CAD 9.95  flat rate handling fee to process your quoted duty for items over USD$20 and gift items over USD$40. This is due on delivery Their pricing is more transparent than UPS

  • Flat rates to Canada are no longer offered at this time,  due to courier add-on fees charged to Canada based customers at delivery destination. your shiping rate is calculated at checkout

US Domestic  Destinations 

  • Local US (A US Warehouse) and UK Orders (from a UK warehouse)  are usually processed and shipped within 2 days of order from our warehouse.

  • Unforeseen delays and logistical delays will be communicated by email to our customers 

  • 40% off shipping rate for purchase of items over US$90 and shipping  within the United States  |  free shipping  for items over $120  shipping within the United States. and 

  • 40% off shipping rate for purchase of items over GBP 90 and shipping  within the United Kingdom. |  free shipping  for items over GBP 120  shipping within the United States.

Non-Continental US Destinations

  • All items shipped to the non-Continental US are charged the minimum rate payable and based on the weight of the package shipped. International shipping rates: 

    • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Rates start at US$19.99 depending on weight

  • Flat rate of $6.99  applied  for items under US$90  shipped within United states. BackJoy will pay the balance of shipping costs regardless of US destination Zone.
